Phoenix Rising

I awoke one morning, in my Hell's Kitchen Apartment with the blinds wide open, to this amazing cloudy day with a break in the clouds where the sun was rising. I ran for the camera and captured this. This was my first photo taken in RAW format with my newly acquired Nikon D100.
